Our legs are filled with a wide range of different tissues, which mean a variety of things can go wrong them. Each tissue can come with its own problem, or multiple issues can come together to create a compound scenario.

Skin – Acanthosis Nigricans, Diabetic Dermopathy, Necrobiosis Lipoidica Diabeticorum, Diabetic Blisters, Eruptive Xanthomatosis.

Nerves – Polyarteritis Nodosa or Diabetic Neuropathy, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, peroneal nerve dysfunction.

Muscles – chronic fatigue, night leg cramps.

Ligaments –  Arthritis, ACL damage/tear.

Tendons-  Arthritis, previous tear or injury, Tendonitis.

Joints –  Arthritis, previous injury, synovial fluid loss, worn cartilage.

Bones – shin splints, bone density loss, previous breaks or fractures, Osteoporosis, Osteomyelitis.
